The Dirty South was a great experience. J Mac, Tommy, the many volunteers from BGI, TJ, Justin and all the judges deserve only praise for putting together such a great competition.

With so many great athletes competing against each other, there will often be a small margin of error between those who barely qualify, and those who just miss qualifying. That's true in any sport/competition. It happened this year, and no doubt it will happen again. That's the way it goes. In this particular case it's clear that Wendy has handled this with the utmost class. Congratulations Wendy on such a strong performance. No doubt you will be a factor again next year.

Finally to the men and women who qualified... Good luck in Cali. You are all incredible athletes and well deserving.

You are a class act... Todd.. I couldn't agree more... to everyone that is bitching about the scores, judges, "Stolen Reps".... what are you really mad at??? If it didn't count it didn't count... that is kinda how the real world works... The better approach would be train harder and not leave any room for doubt. I had some reps "taken" from me and that just means they weren't good enough for that judge at that time... don't whine, fix it.. work harder.
To all of the volunteers, judges, atheletes, spectators, and anyone else involved.. THANK YOU so much for your efforts. This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had... to be around people that you are competing against that are willing to help you do better... that is awesome... that is CrossFit... That is why I am hooked.
So again, thanks to those that put this on... JMack, Tommy, and everyone else....

The dirty south games was awesome! Johnny Mac, TJ, Mike, and others who planned the event, thank you! To all the spectators, judges, and participates, all of you were amazing. I hope to see everyone back next year. The dirty south games was an experience I will never forget!
