I am currently a Level 2 CrossFit trainer at BGI Fitness in Jupiter Fl. and loving it! I have attended cretifications from CrossFit for Running and Endurance, Olympic Lifting and Kettlebell. I have held ACE and CFC certifications, but none compare to the CrossFit based knowledge I have gained.
My formal education is a Bachelor of Public Administration and two Associates Degrees in Fire Science. My formal education related to my other profession; Lieutenant Paramedic with Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue, 13 years and too loving it! Additionally, I am an Instructor for Palm Beach Community College in the Fire Science and Emergency Medical programs, with 7 years of service to date.
Highlights of my fitness background are from a strong endurance beginning, with years of training for marathons, triathlons including four half Ironmans and one full Ironman. I have also spent a lot of time and money adventuring racing with my teammates all around the United States and Central America. Recreational, I mountain bike, surf and snowboard.
Currently I focus my training on the sport of fitness....CrossFit always working on that new weakness. You have to love a fitness program that by nature mandates balance!

A side not, Mike G. has been proclaimed; in some circles, as the athlete that invented the butterfly kip.
Lance "Heinz" Mosley
CrossFit Hardcore
Owner and Trainer of CrossFit Hardcore with his wife Adriana, Lance became Level 1 CrossFit certified in November of 2007. This was not his first introduction to the fitness world. His passion for health and fitness was uncovered at the age of 15 when he started weight lifting. He competed as a body builder at the age of 18 and won numerous 1st place titles throughout the following eight years. His interests then evolved into the power lifting industry, where his competitiveness landed him consistently in the top 100.
His certifications include, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Kids Level one and AFPA Sports and Conditioning Specialist. In addition, Lance is a Russian Kettlebell certified trainer. He is only one of a handful who are certified in this field in the entire state of Florida. He is always looking to fine tune his skill's and learn new ones to share with his dedicated clients.
Besides his vast knowledge and experience, Lance's motivational skills set him aside from all of the rest. He applies his expertise and motivation into the training of his clients. He has now been in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years; training the novice to the professional athlete. The one thing that Lance's clients have in common is a trainer with a deep intensity and true heart.
